Organizing a Successful Charity EventKOCD Director Visits Ikwambi Village and Installs Project Signboard for River and Forest Restoration

The Director of the Kilombero Organization for Community Development (KOCD) visited Ikwambi Village in Kilombero District to install a signboard marking the implementation of a river and forest restoration project in the area.

This project is being implemented under the SUSTAIN Eco initiative, in collaboration with the African Wildlife Foundation (AWF) and the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN), with funding from the Government of Sweden.

The main objective of the project is to protect water sources, strengthen environmental conservation, and improve the livelihoods of local communities through the sustainable use of natural resources.
