Kilombero Organization for Community Development (KOCD) is a non-governmental organization based in Ifakara, Tanzania. The organization is dedicated to improving the living standards of women and children through collaborative initiatives with government bodies, development partners, and like-minded organizations. KOCD focuses on empowering communities by promoting education, health services, advocacy, and environmental conservation for sustainable development. It upholds values of teamwork, good governance, respect, and accountability while implementing thematic programmes in health, agriculture, environment, education, and women’s empowerment.
